"I hate exercise, I hate the cold and I'm not good
in the mornings, but the Bath Boot Camp is the only keep fit
regime that I have kept to since well before my daughter was born (and
she's 6!). It is the combination of Zita's good humour, the camaraderie
of the fellow Boot Campers, and the fantastic views that take your mind
off the pain. With the great variety of activities that Zita dreams up,
you don't get bored like you do on those tedious treadmills and boring
swims I've tried in the past. I have completed one Boot Camp, lost a
few cms and gained some energy. But most of all, I'm motivated about my
overall health and fitness in a way I haven't been for years. Thanks

"I started Bootcamp 13 weeks ago because my father-in-law is seriously ill - this acted as a wake-up call for me. I was grossly overweight, very unfit and generally not happy with myself
physically. Initially I found Bootcamp very tough going but through the support and guidance of Zita, and the very friendly and encouraging atmosphere of the group I have grown to love it.
I have to date improved my fitness unbelievably - I have lost 45 lbs and 14 inches on my waist.
Bath Bootcamp is intense outdoor circuits that improves your overall fitness and strength. It succeeds where gyms have failed because it is outdoors, it is friendly and caters for all levels, the classes have been excellent and the exercises varied - I just wished I had started this years ago. This is a picture of the clothes that are now all TOO BIG for me!!"

I joined Bath Bootcamp initially for 1 month to lose weight and get fit in the
New Year. I have never been much of a self motivated person when it comes
to exercise so thought I'd give something different a go. After 1 month I found
I was actually enjoying it, the sessions are always different, the time
flys by, there is a real mixture of people and Zita is really supportive
and motivating. I managed to lose an amazing 11 pounds in just 1 month and have
decided to keep it up for at least another month. Thank you Zita!
